We only had a little trouble with the tv but after contacting the owner we discovered a cable was loose and problem solved!! The house was very comfortable. The hot tub was a great asset and we hopped in each evening after we got back from shopping, lunching and sightseeing. Hadn’t payed foosball in 20 years so we had a lot of laughs!! The location is perfect – close to both Hannaford and the Main Street restaurant/shopping area, and only 15-20 minutes to Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. They house is very spacious, with four full bedrooms plus a fold out bed, 2 full baths and a powder room, and with so many thoughtful details like having drawers and cabinets labeled with the items inside. The home had everything we needed, including good quality cookware – a rare find! as AirBnB likes to say :-). Michael and Marina were very easy to reach and were responsive to our needs – the housekeeper had forgotten to leave enough towels for our party of 8 – Michael responded immediately to my text and within a couple of hours, the additional towels were delivered. We will definitely stay here again.

The house is exactly as described on the listing/photos and you can tell that Michael and Marina are experienced hosts. Our favorite detail of the house were the clearly labelled light switches and kitchen cabinets/drawers which made settling in super easy. Would definitely recommend booking this place for a large group trip!

Additionally Michael was such a great host. I have never stayed at an airbnb where the host cared as much as he did that we were enjoying our time and getting exactly what we were hoping for out of the trip.

Michael was also extremely responsive (always responded within an hour or so) and everything in the home is extremely well labeled and easy to find. The group of people that came with me for the weekend all individually said how amazing the home was and we will definitely be staying there again. Looking forward to coming back up in the summertime!

PS – the location is also amazing. It’s less than 1 mile from the Olympic Center and the heart of town, but would not recommend walking to town in the winter
