Michael is amazingly proactive and his helpful suggestions of places to snowshoe were appreciated. His check-ins are timely and shows that he cares that you have a great experience. This house should be on your list of places to stay - you will not be disappointed.

  Michael's place was the absolute perfect spot for a group of 5-8 people. The spacious layout, warm and inviting living area, open kitchen and main floor, and the great... read more set up in the basement make the home a great place for your getaway. Michael was also extremely responsive (always responded within an hour or so) and everything in the home is extremely well labeled and easy to find. The group of people that came with me for the weekend all individually said how amazing the home was and we will definitely be staying there again. Looking forward to coming back up in the summertime!

PS - the location is also amazing. It's less than 1 mile from the Olympic Center and the heart of town, but would not recommend walking to town in the winter

  Great house that was perfect for our family gathering. About a mile walk to central Lake Placid, easy access to main roads for hiking without going through the town.

Kitchen was great to cook in, and space for hanging out was nice with fireplace.
The 4 king beds was perfect for us and our adult children.
